Just had a text from Shell.
Unfortunatly she failed on a bay park at the start of her test but she only got 5 minors for everything else which i think is great!!

Was gonna post this in her thread but thought we could use this thread to show the love to Shell and give her loads of messages for her next test when she has it


Good luck chick for next time. you know you are a fab driver with only 5 minors, and now you know what oyu need to practice . You will pass next time im sure of it (we are far better who pass second time )

I know this is no consolation, but it took me 4 go's to pass and I only think I passed that go is because I flashed the examiner a bit of leg

The more times you do it... the better driver you'll be

I failed 1st time due to nerves but passed on the 2nd.

Aw what a shame but no doubt you will pass 2nd time especially if you only got 5 minors. If it makes you feel any better, my first test was terminated and I couldn't finish it I was that bad (4 majors ) but I passed 2nd time no probs.
phone and try and get a cancellation so you can have another test soon!

Hi guys, thanks sarah for posting. Gutted... expensive mistake to make The car front wheel was just touching the bay line I was nervous anyway, as would anybody be, and as soon as we got in the car he said ok we're going to perform the first maneuvre and I was like you're not even gonna let me drive for a bit first to get into it? I knew I'd done it crap so before I'd driven out of the car park I knew I'd failed it but still managed to only get 5 minors, so I'm chuffed with my driving but gutted about the bay park.. I'd been doing them before I turned up to the test centre and got them spot on. It's only because I didn't expect to do one straight away I think it threw me. Looked up tests and there's nothing until August! Can't afford driving lessons until August I'll have to hope a cancellation comes up or something

Wow you did brilliant to get only 5 minors! How annoying to fail from such a slight mistake! I'm sure you will do it next time!
I made a huge mistake on my first test but passed 2nd time!

sorry about that. I failed twice and by the third time I had given up hope and then passed. At least next time you will know what you are going to and will be a bit more familiar with it - might help with nerves.

my husband passed on his 5th attempt, i passed on my first but to be honest he is a better driver than me but i would never admit that to him

sorry to hear that hun wasn't very nice of them to not let you have a drive around first I was so nervous for my test that I got in the car and drove down the road about 100m before realising I hadn't put my seatbelt on best of luck with the retest
