Hiya.. I'm ok thanks for worrying about me. I was at cookery last night 7 til 930, then came home warmed up enchiladas (went on facebook while nat was pissing about on his work laptop) and went to bed (had a bad back).

I'm alright, not ill or anything.

This morning I was at the PND group and this afternoon I have to go have a introductory physio session at the hospital so not around much today.
