Late Ovulation and mc

Has anyone heard of the connection with late ovulation and mc's?

I got pregnant 27 days after my AF a surprise as I was expecting my period at the time so I though it would be safe to have sex. Yet I ovulated instead of getting AF. I have had irregular cycles in past ranging from 28 - 39 days apart so I guess this was one of the longer ones.

However I have now read that late ovulation can lead to mc's...as my last two pregnancies ended in mc's I'm wondering if that was the reason. Of course I'm worrying myself now that this pregnancy will go the same way.

Anyone else had late ovulation and successful pregnancies?

my cycles too are irregular,not by thatmuch anymore but that used to be.

i ovulated later than what i thought last time by almost 10 days, my boy is now 7 wks old.

if you have any concerns maybe you could book to see you gp or midwife it maybe this information didnt take into account the medical history of these women, there may have been other underlying issues causing it
