Lactose Intolerant

Thanks ladies!!

He still has a bit of reflux which disturbs his sleep and wakes him up being Mr Shouty Pants, but it's no where near as bad as it use to be.

Now I just need tips to actually get him to sleep, he fights it so hard and will not go off unless I literally Sellotape his eyes shut (just kidding but ykwim).

Hes also a serial cat napper, waking after 20-30 mins then being cross because he wants to be asleep *slaps forehead* :S xx

Yesterdays antics (erm, I do have other clothes for him, he just seems to be wearing it again LOL!!)

I know this is silly question but what did you say to the dr? My lo has always been funny with feeds and usually brings up a bit each time (my first never did this) and the past week has been crying loads. Not for attention as when you pick him up he still cries and sounds in pain. Does this sound familiar?x

Toby cried in pain a lot and nothing I did settled him. He also seemed very agitated all the time. He was always a fidget when he was my bump so I just put it down to that. He fussed at my boob a lot too and cried as soon as my milk hit his stomach.
I judt went in and described his symptoms, which sometimes where fairly non-descript, such as 'he cries & poos alot' - well all babies do! There were other tell tale signs that I thought he might be lactose intolerant such as his green frothy and explosive pooing habits.

It was the Drs suggestion that he might be lactose intolerant but he wanted to try gaviscon, colief and low lactose formula first.

I had to be fairly persistent when things weren't making a difference in order to try the next thing but eventually the Dr prescribed one tin in order to try and rule it out, but it was actually the issue all along.

No, not heard of it, any good? Xxx

I think so. I seen a few people talking about it on here. So after reading reviews on John Lewis we bought it. Well worth the £25. There's also a Ewan the sheep. Same thing and great reviews. They play womb sounds. Really settled William. We ran out of batteries for 2nights and could see a difference in him.xxx
