Hi,

Mike here (Lauren's husband).

Half an hour ago Lauren and I were watching the news nice and peacefully (I was drifting off to sleep truth be told) when I heard "Mike!". I got up to find her standing in the kitchen in an increasing puddle of water.

She'd been complaining of Braxton Hicks all day so that ties in I guess.

Since then the contractions have been coming every 10 minutes.

We're going to go into hospital when they get down to about 5 minutes apart.

I'd better phone the Mother-In-Law and get her to come over and look after Jack & Roxanne when we're in hospital.

Lauren is trying to get some rest now and I can't wait to be a daddy again!

I'll update this thread as and when something happens.

Things seem to be progressing nicely, the contractions are down to 8 minutes apart. Lauren's in the shower just now.

The contractions are only down to 6 minutes apart but we're going to go to the hospital now as she's in too much pain.

Providing my battery doesn't die I'll still try and update every now and again.
