I used to do a yoga pregnancy dvd as much as I could. Was really relaxing! I also used to do a lot of walking when I was pregnant. There are aqua natal swimming classes as well which are meant to be really good. I'm pretty sure there are quite a lot of things you can do except for sit ups lol
i did yoga once or twice a week. It really helped during my labour and I didn't put too much weight on, most it has come off already and did so a couple of weeks after the birth.
