We have had really bad flooding today and work has ended up with 1 foot of water in it and rising when I left. To get home I have to had to wade through waist deep water- there was no other way out- to get home.

Hope all that water hasn't hurt the bean

I had a warm bath as soon as I got home to try and rinse away any dirty water that might have got inside

Not looking forward to the clean up campaign at work tomorrow as there will probably be 4 foot of water in the building by now.

Dirt water can't have got inside, just as it's impossible for your bath water too Hope you have a lovely warm bath soon!

Ouch! You poor thing. I'm sure baby will be fine since you sorted yourself out as soon as you got home. Hope all you northerners are ok - I heard it was going to be especially bad in Yorkshire and North Wales.

om my gosh thats awful! im lucky, i dont get flooding where i live unless u count the drains overflowing by half a foot lol but i cant imagine what its like... hope ur homes dry and well!

Our house is up a big hill so we are fine thankfully. Hopefully the nice warm bath would have sorted any dirty water out.

oh you poor thing is your house ok. Baby will be fine as no water will be able to get past the mucus plug.
