Was out walking the dogs & we've had rain all day so grass was like mush so stupid as I am decided to walk on the sloped bit instead of the flat ... Duh! Went straight down on my arse (plenty of padding lol) full of mud didn't know whether to laugh or cry, hurt my bum & my hand other than that all is good luckily i was with my mum she helped me up or I think I'd still be out there lol! x

Oh no! Glad you're OK though. I fell over in Asda's car park a few weeks ago. Again just on my bum, but it was the shock I think. Another chap had to help Martin get me up. Then I went and had a little cry on my own (sad!), it's just shocked me and I was so embarassed. It was right by the entrance as well so loads of people saw........

Nightmare eh. I must admit, I did consider myself lucky. When my sister was about 6 months pregnant she fell over straight onto her bump. She was sooooo frightened but got checked out and all was OK - and Harrison's a lovely little boy now so obviously did no harm............
