Just found out i'm pregnant...and my son isn't 1 yet?!

I've been on the pill since having my son November 2010, i had issues with one pill so they swapped me to another, all was fine until recently started feeling odd, missed a period and now found out i'm about 8 weeks pregnant!?

My baby boy isn't 1 yet! - he was born 15th November 2010

So strange as it took 2 years to concieve our Reu, so this is very very confusing, i'm actually scared this time!!

Anyone else had babies so close together??!

Just be wary of sibling rivalry but suppose that happens no matter what age your little ones are. Its nice having them close together. Just try to rest when you can as its really hard when you already have 1 to run around xx

My two are just under 19 months apart - it took years to conceive my first (due to issues with my tubes) so we started trying when he was only 7 months old, thinking that if it took a long time at least we wouldn't have a huge age gap) and 3 months later I was pregnant! ItMs actually lovely having two close in age. They play so well together most of the time (until they get tired and start fighting over things!) and Sam is really protective of Toby if we're out somewhere. I did worry when I was pregnant about how hard it would be with a toddler and a newborn but it was easier than having a huge bump and a toddler who wanted to play on the floor or run around at the park with me every second of every day! x

Aww thanks, feeling reasured. Its funny even though was not long ago I've forgotten the pregnancy thing, I've remembered to start folic acid n vitimins but I've forgotten everything else I need to think about!

my middle brother and i are only 18 months apart and are quite close, we have always had a great relationship and got on really well together. my youngest brother is nearly 7 yrs younger than me and we fought horribly and pretty much hated each other until he turned 18 and grew up. i think the closer age gap helped as im not at all close to my other brother and its a shame.

awww I only have half brothers and sisters myself and grew up mainly with my nan so dnt remember much of them, only now im older do I see them and get on with the younger ones my 19 year old sister doesn't think of me as a sister but she's odd lol
My husbands an only child so he has no experience either. We always wanted two so its lovely just a bit soon. And slightly weird knowing last time ill be preg! As we are 100% sure only two!

Hiya! Wow, we are in very similar situations then! When do you esitimate your
due date?

I just checked the NHS calculator, my last period started on august 20th and ended on 26th .... so it says... - i thought it asked for the last day last time so it worked out june for me...but now saying may and i'm even more scared!

"You are 9 weeks pregnant
Your due date is: 26 May 2012"

Not sure really was super concerned but feeling better after a long chat with my hubby last night. LOVE being a mummy, best feeling in the world and my son is a superstar

I know having two in nappies is going to be hard finacially thats my main concern, i'm hoping that we won't be too much harder off my husband is the main earner and i only earn a little from my small home based business, enough for the food shop each week though so that helps out

I currently look after a young baby and my son every Mon & Tues its good training for me!! Its hard, but it will be easier with my own and with Reu being a little older as i'll be more relaxed.

I am 15 months younger than my sister and my sister is 14 months younger than my brother. She had 3 in 3 years, was lovely growing up close in age xx
