Junior and his movements!

Right ladies (& gents),

Not anything big but I thought I’d have a little post of ‘what the……………..’

Junior seems to kick more when dad isn’t around or when dad is on the phone to me and in a mood. Now, this got me thinking, will my baby boy be more of a ‘daddies boy’ than a ‘mummy’s boy’? It’s just weird, he seems more settle when my other half is about and when he isn’t, and he is having a kick fest! This goes for scans, when daddy is about, Junior stays more settled and when he isn’t, it turns into mummy having to take 2 trips to the hospital to be examined as Junior isn’t being so behaved!

Any one else experienced anything like this before or am I just going mad?

Junior is now moving a lot more than before, he is a very active baby in my tummy, I don’t mind him doing this so much but he keeps kicking my bladder or when I’ve eaten, his constant moving has a tendency to make my food re-appear at times

ha ha yes!!!!

My baby dont kick at all when she hears my sons voice, i think she knows he already hates her lol, but when she hears myDH she goes nuts!!
They respond to voices they like the best, and when junior os born and dad gets involved it all changes as it did with my first child and DH

Mine doesn't do much when I'm around the OH but then I thought maybe it was because when OH is about, I am distracted and so maybe wouldn't notice as much.

Mine was the same for a while - if s/he was moving I'd tell someone to have a feel and it would stop! People thought I was kidding them on for a while. My family have felt the movements now though, but I would say that Bambi is more active when I'm alone x

Ah, tis ok then! Junior moves more when I'm on my own but now I feel he has learnt to kick harder and lower!

For the past few days I've been having a funny feeling right down below, just above my pub line (sorry tmi!), then yesterday the feeling got stronger, this is when I realised it's him kicking! So I placed my hand over and it's truely the first time I've phys felt him trying to punch through my tummy with my hand. I got so excited I made my fella run over and feel, his face was so proud when he felt his baby!

However, as much as I love my baby, I really wish that he'd stop kicking. It's like a kid finding a new thing and going on about it for days until he is bored, that's what junior does with his feet
