I know it's different everywhere. My first son was born in Germany. Ok it was nearly 16 years ago but it was so differently run compared to over here in the UK.
I'll just relax about it all for now. No point worrying about anything. It's very early so nothing can be done at the minute anyway xx

I can understand that. I just wish my midwife would get in touch with me so I have something to look forward to lol even if its just to pick my bounty pack up and fill everything in ...

It's been a while since I had to do that (dec 2016 ) and even that was different to my pregnancy in 2014.

Squeezing into Jan 2020 mummies as tested this morning at 11dpo and got a BFP. On tender hooks until past AF is due but hoping this little one sticks! Due date calculator says the 30th Jan.

Today is my first scan!
It's at 180 but I think I will call the midwife to see if I can come a bit earlier. My DD has been in hospital for 2 days now and I would rather have the evenings all three together than apart.
I hope she can squeeze me in somewhere. Fingers crossed!x

Aww how exciting! Hopefully you can get booked in ealier! I had my booking appointment today just need to wait for my 12 week scan letter to come through hope it doesnt take long!x

Maybe HcG just hasn't been strong with your last test. All crossed for good news. I know it's hard but stay positive xx

Sorry for the late update! Was such a hectic exhausting day.
I was able to go earlier since she still had a spot at two o'clock! She was very kind and patient since she followed my previous pregnancy until the d&c. We saw the little bean with a heartbeat and a yolk sac! So happy it's a viable pregnancy. A lot of my worries have been put to rest.
I will only be happier at tri 2 but at least it's a good beginning!

I live in Belgium so it works a bit differently here. I can go see the midwife any time I want as long as it does not exceed 20 visits (these are paid back by the health insurance), then there is the 12 week scan which is with a gynaecologist. The 20 week scan and another one after that is with the gynaecologist as well, I don't remember all the appointments anymore. I should get the info at my 12 week scan.
