I'll try and help with your questions,
Serum tailor your treatment to the individual so tests etc are different for everyone. But a basic start would be the 10 in one test where you send a sample of your period off for testing on hidden infections. If you go over an aqua scan can be done by Penny and if she sees anything she may suggest a hystosocopy. Then sperm DNA testing. Of course you can go straight into treatment without testing too.
Treatment times can vary but I think on average your there 12-14 days, this could be shorter if you have a 2/3 day transfer, but could be longer if you need extra stimm days.
They will give you the cost of treatment but blood tests and meds are extra as is flights and accommodation.

Serum are not cheap but they are really good, ideal for "difficult cases" and I can only highly recommend them.

North Cyprus can be more standard treatment but they highly push donor eggs (irrelevant of your circumstances) and treatment isn't really tailored to you, more 1 of 3 standard protocols fits all, my experience with my north Cyprus clinic wasn't great. But, I could book flights including return and meds are cheap out there, plus they put 4 blastos back!

My main piece of advice would be to contact several clinics and complete there online questionnaire have a free telephone consultation and follow your gut instinct, every clinic will have good/bad reviews but your gut is the best judge. There are some really highly recommended clinics which are worth considering.
Penny will give you a free telephone chat where she will outline what she recommends etc and costs as will most clinics.

Remember that places outside the eu (north Cyprus etc) are not governed and therefore make up there success rates (most claim 80-90%), but this is a total made up figure so don't base things on this (they do mainly deal with donor eggs and put 4 back so there success rates will be higher than within EU but nowhere near this high). Albeit clinics within the EU including Uk have ways to make there success figures much more appealing then they are!
