I would pronounce it like fa-rah, if you know what I mean. Like with a short a (like fat without the t, for want of a better description!)

I love names starting with F, my name is Fay, and I always had the idea of having a girl with a name starting with F.

The only thing for me is that on Teen Mom, the MTV show there is a mum called Farrah and she is intolerable! But the name is beautiful, and has an arabic meaning, which I love (being half arabic)!
