my family were down for the weekend and over lunch today my nana said

"when we were having babies we used to drink a glass of fresh orange juice and a good 2 tbsps of castor oil, worked a charm"

I wouldn't I did it with my Bella and ended up in hosp urgh! Didn't have her tho Jay a bad stomach and runs lol!!!

Lol!!! I'm thinking nipple stimulation wharle I'm laying here doing nothing lol!! My DH has left me upstairs in bed and is downstairs with the kids coz my hips and down my left leg today on the inside from my hip downwards is hurting like a funny bone feeling when you wack it lol soooo I might as well make best of the time - not that it will prob get me anywhere but I'm 5+ now lol something has to work!!

Right this is what ive done over the weekend....

Saturday... Ham and pineapple pizza, sorry tmi but had dodgy bowel movements, think i drunk too much pure orange juice though

Sunday.... Had curry and sex

Today... walked Lacey to school about 10mins each way

I bounce on my ball everyday for about 15mins each time, 3-4 times a day!

I need to go back to Evelina's first post now to see what else i need to do

I was on my birthing ball not last night but night before and it made my back hurt so I got off of it lol!! Its a half an hour walk To My DD school then half an hour back so im walking an hour today as DH is taking her before work. I'm Gonna have a bounce today me thinks I didn't get to do my nipple stimulation as my DH shouted up the stairs "babe.. I've made you a coffee darling" "it's going cold sweetheart". OMG babe! Darling! Sweetheart! Lol he never calls me anything other than oi or bab being from Birmingham lol! And that rare so I have come downstairs instead and his coffee is a double mocca chocca with whip cream and choc sprinkles lol!! Someone is in a good mood this morning hehe!! Xx

Oh Evie, im so jealous!! I want a frappacino with cream and sprinkles now but there isn't a starbucks around here!!
I heard with nipple stimulation, it causes contractions but once you stop they stop too? Is that true? I hate my nipples being touched though hence why i won't breastfeed!

It causes strong bh 15mins each nipple left right left right so for an hour they will prob stop a few mins after so get walking ECt then repeat in the afternoon and of an evening they reckon do this for three days and if your on the edge your body will get the hint lol!

Lol!! I've offered it three days in a row and he has said he is too tired but we had a sleep in today so first day in ages he hasn't woke up tired and grumpy I think lol xx
