The cat we rehomed (Dave) has been completely transformed. He was timid, he'd lash out at everyone, spent a week hiding etc but after 6 very long intensive weeks of enforced cuddles, stroking, grooming and general time spent on him ge has finally realised we love him and are keeping him and he's a settled, confident cat! We assume he has been incredibly mistreated as he was very very underweight, timid to the point of petrification and just not as a cat should be! Now he has cuddles and kisses freely and is such a lovely cat! I'm very proud that we were given the opportunity to give this cat a new life :) pointless post and will probs be ignored but I'm happy so wanted to share :D

Awww that's lovely! I would love to do the same thing but my daughters allergic :-(

Awwh that's lovely :) He must be so much happier with a loving family :) I hate the thought of animals being abused :( xx

He's currently stretched out on my knee and OH is well impressed! Lmao x thanks guys x I hate animals being abused too-they have no voice, no choice!

And they're so cute and fluffy :) our 2 kitties are on the bed with me atm, but pepsi has wind up his bum and is chasing his tail so will probably be off shortly ha ha xx

Just a quick update Dave is officially a lap cat;

Thank you :) we were so lucky to get him and rehome him x

Is he getting on well? Obviously he's happy around you! Looking awefully comfy on your lap there :) but have you had any other troubles? Or is it all good now?? xx
