it's nearly been a week!!!!

hi Ladies

ahh i'm sooo happy to be back... it's nearly been a week since i was on here which can i add has never happened since i joined the forum....

i've been stuck in my flat with very back SPD i have missed you all and have been by my self most of the time i haven't been able to go any where... but now i'm up and about and at my mums and came straight on here.

i haven't read any posts yet..... but iam now,m hope i haven't missed to much

When your crawling on your knees you know its bad!

Im so glad i dont have it this time around.

Get those birthing balls out and do those excercises!
