itchy nipples !! TMI

hey girls

the last few days i've noticed that my nipples and boobs are really itchy all the time! does anyone else have this and what can i do to stop it because im trying not to scratch myself raw!

I did do at around 16 weeks, drove me crazy! Its nothing to worry about just them growing, I get it every now and then on my sides to. Remember Moisturiser is your best friend!! Lol

I had this last time I just got throught it. Put my maturnity cream on them that seemed to ease it alittle specially if the cream was cold. x

Cold flannels (which will make your nipples want to fall off ) and plenty of moisturiser. If you have some muslin you can smother them with cream, lay the muslin over them to act as a poultice (a bit like the cotton gloves and socks you get for intense moisturising your hands and feet) xxxxxxxxx

I have had this for ages. I find palmers cocoa butter morning and night helps. Also non Lacey bras.xx
