I doubt it.... If its through ear phones.. The sensory area of the ear is quite small.

but you are probably enjoying it which releases the feel good endorphins in your system which in turn make her feel good.. It probably also reduces your blood pressure too...

Little miss gets all excited in the shower... I think that has to do with the same thing, because the shower makes me feel good... which in turn makes her feel good.

It's been proven that the baby's bp goes up within 30 minutes of a mothers bp...
