Is this normal?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and the last couple of days I have had an awful taste in my mouth, sounds really strange I know but its taste a bit metalic! I've been brushing my teeth lots which doesn't seem to help, I really don't think its anything to do with hygiene as I visit the dentist regulary.
Does anyone else have this?

yh its one of the more common pregnancy symptoms, had it with both

I've not had a big metallic taste, but do wake up every morning with my mouth feeling as dry as anything..its like waking up with that hangover feeling , but without the pleasure of the alcohol!!!! xxx
