Cold & Flu - what can I take?

Hiya,

Feel like crap - have had some paracetamol but what about some Beecham's Cold & Flu tablets.....is it ok to have? Lemsips?

I too feel crappy, but I don't think you can take lemsip or beechams, read the back of the box if you have any.... I went to take some yesterday and it says not to if your pregnant, to consult your GP...

It's paracetamol only I'm afraid..........

i am suffering with cold/flu at the mo too, i asked my midwife about what i could take on thursday, she said disovable paracetamol and vit C tablets.

not much help i know, i asked about lemsips etc and she said that i couldnt take them
