Is there a bug going around?

Hey does anyone know if their is a bug going around at night ive been getting like a banging head and a sore stomach and now i feel sick complete with heartburn

There's defo a d+v bug going round here! I had it last week ad I know a few more people who have been hit! Bloody awful
