Is sperm friendly lube a good alternative to ewcm?

Hi I'm not sure I'm producing much/any ewcm, so am planning to try a sperm friendly lube (thinking about yesbaby as it's an all natural product) - just wondering if sperm friendly lube helps the little sperms to swim up to my egg?? Any thoughts?

ps am trying evening primrose oil and may try robitussin, but think I need something to try while those things are getting sorted...

I never had any EWCM (that was visible) so I purchased Sasmar Conceive Plus and this seemed to have done the trick! You can buy it in Boots but it's cheaper on Amazon. x
