Is Me time okay ?

Okay so were off having sex until we've been given the go ahed by a midwife or doctor, becuase of all the prodding and poking.
But what about me time?
I defiantly need some time to myself

I understand the not wanting sex, sometimes it makes me bleed in early preg so I abstain for a little while with every pregnancy x Doesn't mean we have to be nuns! I think you're pretty safe!

Organsm causes uterine contractions which you will feel more and more the bigger the bump you have, but unless advised otherwise by a medical practitioner, sex and sorting yourself out is perfectly safe in pregnancy so enjoy!

Yep I get the worst cramps when Im having some down time.
I ended up nipping upstairs earlier and got reminded really quickly!
Im only 5 weeks and they hurt like hell

Haha oh dear, I get those cramps if I do that 1 or 2 days before AF.... worth it

If the doctor tells you not to have sex then that includes any kind of orgasim because it causes BH like contractions. It's actually the contractions they are worried about rather than the prodding because if you are at risk of preterm labour or hemorrhage etc it could be what tips the balance. Other docs say it won't make a difference anyway. In a normal pregnancy it is probably actually good for the baby as it increases circulation and muscle strength.
