Is it too early??

I am nearly 13 weeks, and have been offered some bits for the baby free, I would like to take them but my OH thinks it is too early incase something happens. What does everyone else think??

What kind of bits? I had small bits of clothing etc but even now I don't have the big things at home, I am waiting until baby is here, all of my big bits are in my sisters but I had plenty of clothes etc when I was 11-12 weeks.. xx

I bought my pram at 8 weeks last time! having baby things in your house wont affect the outcome of a pregnancy.....what about me on my 3rd baby? I have all the gear here already.....is that bad luck?

I'm not superstitious so it's easy for me

I'd take them hun. Keep at them at your mam's if it makes you feel better. Your not spending any money on them so if (god forbid) anything does go wrong, you loose no money xx
