is it the witch two weeks early or implantation?

I've been reading on the internet about implantation as im new to all this.
But i think some advice from you ladies might be better.

Yesterday i thought the witch turned up just over 2 weeks early... But i don't feel like its the witch!

NO back pain (very odd) NO bloating (even more odd)
slight dull ache before it arrived but thats all! And its (sorry) more of a brown then red!

IF it is implantation how long should it last?

I'm unsure hun but didn't want to read and run! Usually implantation is after 10dpo I think, so unlikely to be this. But seeing as ov occurs 2 weeks before AF arrives maybe u had a bit of bleeding from the little eggy popping out of the follicle as this can happen. Would also explain why it is brown blood too, as it is old from travel down ur tubes etc xx
