implantation or start of A/F

Hi

I had a miscarriage 6 weeks and 3 days ago and have not yet had A/F this morning (and somrry if TMI) when i wiped there was the slightest look of brownish red it was so slight that i wouldnt have noticed it had I not been looking for it, and through out the day i have had a small loss of this brownish red fluid which is practically see through, could this be the start of A/F or an implantation bleed? If it is an implantation bleed when is the best time to do a test as i have no period date to go from?

Hi,

So sorry to hear of your recent loss.

Do your periods normally start with this type of bleeding?

I had an implantation bleed when my AF was due, it was a light brownish discharge and only lasted for a day.

I'd say leave it a day or two and if your AF still hasn't arrived, do a test. Though you need to be wary of residual hormones from your m/c.

My periods usually start quite heavy and last a few days thats why i wondered about this one as it is so faint, watery even brownish/red colour. Am gonna hold out trying till the end of the week just in case
I hate waiting for things i get really impatient,
