Is it just me.. but when I sneeze or cough...

... I feel like either A) I am going to pee my pants or B) I get an almighty pain in my tummy which is pretty intense but goes away after 5 seconds!

Does anybody know why I would get the pain???

Please tell me I aint the only one ! lol
