It hurts when I sneeze?!

I'm pretty sure this didn't happen before I was pregnant... And it really worried me in the early days cos I thought I was hurting my baby.. But every time I sneeze it's immediately followed by sharp pain in my tummy, just for a few seconds. Always when I'm laying down and sometimes when Im standing. Am I weird?!
