Iron and Spatone

Anyone else taking Spatone? I have been having one a day but it says pregnant women can have two. I am feeling very fatigued and am pale. I want to have another but am worried about taking too much. Is anyone else using it and have you been advised by your midwife or doctor on the dosage?

I think I might stick to one until my blood test (which by the way they screwed up the other day by not telling me it was a fasting blood test, so we have to reschedule!).

ive been taking 2 because it says pregnant women can take 2, and also my iron levels were borderline anaemic. If pregnant women can take 2 anyway, then it certainly wont be an overdose for pregnant woman with low iron levels
