Anyone else experiencing this??
Never had it with my daughter - I only ever got BH when I held off going to toilet...

Had BH over the past week, so I've been constantly bouncing on my birthing ball, but now they really are making me uncomfortable :(
Making me feel a little sick too....just want to curl up in bed but instead I'm stuck at the office!

Tried changing positions but nothing really working.

Shall I just take a paracetamol and stop moaning lol??

Absolutely normal for BH to pick up at this stage, I can't turn over now without getting one BUT you said about taking paracetomol? They shouldnt be hurting you they should just feel incredibly tight.
Is there any sort of pattern to them?

yeah a miserable pattern (counts as an answer right??) lol.

Had them for past 2/3 hrs on and off. I can't even lean forward it hurts that much. Back hurts and feel sick too. Desperate to go home and lie down :(

Perhaps I've just overdone it at the weekend - always happens when pregnant women do too much the day before right?
Tried going for a walk to try and shift it but still here.

99.9% sure its not contractions because they're not building to a peak.

Will try and monitor them x

Just read this as ive just come out of hospital with painful contractions/pressure etc which turned out to be very scary but all seems ok, but had the steroids for baby incase he comes early. This was your body getting ready for labour !! Clearly your boy was ready! Hope mine isn't, I'm only 25 weeks tomorrow. :/ glad all is ok and your boy is here safe xx
