In pain !!!

I hve come away for a lovely romantic weekend but i am in pain got really babd back and tummy ache just like im gonna have a bad period!!!!Is this normal or is something bad happening???Advice please xx

I am a couple weeks behind oyu and I get the most horrific stomach cramps the same as you and it scares the hell out of me!!!!
I think its just normal streching pains as your body adapts!

I am having some period-like cramping today and it's a bit worrying.

I think it's just stretching though. Especially as at around 12w your uterus moves up out of your pelvic cavity so it's bound to be stretching more...

I got period like pains for ages, I could have sworn that the pregnancy test results were a mistake and that in fact I was due on. But I am now happy in Tri 2, so I suppose it's the baby changing the body. But still rest up and take care. xxx
