In need of some info

Hi everyone.

Right, a good friend of mine is ttc and thinks she may have done it. She did a test todoay which was neg so she isn't going to take a preg test until next week (weds/thurs i think).

She says she feels different. Are there any symptoms she could get before actually getting a positive test.

As a mothering friend i'm useless lol

I had really sore/tender breasts, nothing like i had ever had before. They hurt like hell, if i touched them or if i didnt wear a bra. I also felt very tired and even starting going to the toilet more often. Those were my symptons but every woman could be different. I'm sure some of the other ladies on here can comment on their own experiences.

The only consistent symptoms with me were tiredness and the need to pee every 10 minutes lol.

It was tiredness like I've never felt before: just feeling physically exhausted like you've been out running around in the heat all day. Needing to go for naps every few hours.

I also got a whopping great headache that came on like a thunderclap and left just as quickly 2 days later and increased CM (sorry )

I knew when I was pregnant even tho it was something like 10 days late before I got my BFP.

Some of the usuals to look out for is...
* Peeing loads more
* Metalic taste in mouth
* Increased gas - I physically couldnt stop burping
* Tender/Sore boobs

I hope your friend gets her BFP

erm, neither of my pregnancies were planned so i wasnt looking out for any symptoms, and i dont remember having any that early.

however, both times i had this little nagging feeling in my head, a tiny voice, i just "knew" its hard to explain. both times i took the test to actually shut the little voice up- i thought i was imagining things. but i was wrong. i do think women's intuition can be quite telling

I didn't test until I was 4 days late for af but I started getting symptoms at 7dpo. Severe af type cramps. Bbs swollen, darker and veiny, very sore. Pee smelly. Very gassy. For most of the months we had been ttc I was sure I was pregnant but most times I wasn't. This time I was so sure I didn't feel the need to rush and test. I just enjoyed it!

I'm not sure how late your friend is for her af but testing is always best a few days after missed af.
