How heavy is too heavy? Af is a different colour than usual, slightly lighter in colour. It's no where near as heavy as usual, but still a bit..

You shouldn’t be soaking pads, should really only be on wiping or some spotting on a pad. Also usually brown/old blood. Of course everyone’s different so some will spot heavier than others. Also relevant if it’s accompanied by cramping or not. Hope that helps x
