Can implant bleeding/spotting be a very small amount?

Absolutely, and some women don't experience it at all!

Iv had a really small like pin head of blood when I wiped in the toilet. Think it was around OD 9. I'm I reading to much into this or does this sound like implantation ?

I've never had it but I'd expect some more than that. Is it possible you've wiped a bit to hard?

I'm sure I read somewhere that only about 25% of women get ib! Good luck for the next test xx
