yes, I rest my wrists on a cushion for him to check my pulses, he always says i sound fine though.

I dont actually know what the herbs are, he makes it up in a bag for me and i'm supposed to stir a teaspoon of them into hot water twice a day. I'll ask when i next go, but that could be a while as feeling rather poverty striken right now! x

Same here.. early than expected AF also.
Tender enlarged breasts and darker as well as bigger nipples too. Thought this was my month also but again, a big disappointment.
