I'm confused!!!

We have been TTC for about 4 months. I have extremely regular cycles and infact i could probably set my watch to it. I am approx 5 days late but with no other early signs except for random feelings of mild nausea. I did a cheapy test one day late and that came back negative although i did not do it in the morning and apparently it is more effective first thing in the mornings. I have started having very mild cramps (more like fluttering feelings) and very light spotting??? I would have thought this would have been a bit late for implantation bleeding?
I have bought another more expensive test and am not sure whether i should take another test now or wait a few more days. I am sooo impatient!!!
Can you have implantation bleeding at this stage???

Hope someone can give me some advice who has been in this situation!!!

well u sound pregnant 2 me i dont wont 2 get your hopes up.im nearly 8 weeks with my second child i did a test b4 i was even due on my period as i had a feeling i might b pregnant i did 1 on the saturday a cheap 1 an it was negative then i did another cheap 1 on the monday and there it they was 2 lines.an i had slight spotting and felt a little sick for a few weeks.i dont know if this will help but i will keep my fingers crossed for u keep me posted when u have done the next test.morning time is best they say.
