You will get your bfps ladies, I'm sure of it! When I think of it, I was really not thinking we would make it at all the month I got my bfp. I had made a long-term plan, so I hoped that I would get pregnant sometime in 2012, and that I might have a baby in 2013, or in progress with adoption. I think that this long-term plan helped a lot, as I didn't see it as a possibility that it would happen, but than it did (despite oh's low sperm count).

Hang in there girls. It took me 5 years to get my bfp. So far so good but still early days and still scared stiff. Not saying it's gonna take you 5 years but I never gave up and will never give up until i have my baby in my arms.

It's a long road and you do feel like giving up sometimes. I threatened it many times but it was just words and bitterness. I never will give up really!

Chazabell you def not alone. I don't post that often and also haven't been trying so long but I'm on limited time before the effects of my laparoscopy wears off and endometriosis starts to grow back so each month I become more anxious. Come November I will need help and NHS here has a 22 month waiting list so would need to try private.

I tried Agnus Castus this cycle and weirdly found I had hardly any EWCM this month, did anyone else notice this? Was quite keen to keep trying.

Think all everyone can do Chasbell is keep trying different things, I think there are so many ways to have babies these days that hopefully none of us will be left with empty arms. It is a very unfair process. x

You're not alone hun, I'm still here too. Totally agree with what LouiseB said about the TTCers, there's hardly anyone left in TTC that I met when I joined, lots have had their babies already and others have graduated! Happy for them all the same, but it does feel quite lonely sometimes.

I took AC this cycle, four capsules a day for two weeks but that was because I thought I'd had a positive OPK, when I realised I hadn't, I resumed it til I did, which was CD29.

I defo know what you mean about being excited to have a plan, when I got my tub of AC and my pack of OPKs, I was all fired up and raring to go! Now I'm in the last part of my 2WW, as I am 13 DPO and will definitely be using the AC again next cycle pray: I don't need to though) as it shortened mine by at least 3 weeks as my cycles were between 60-100+ days and this one will only be 43/44!

My doctors have told me not to use OPK's as when you get your positive, its too late. So im taking AC for 14 days, as ive been noting down when ive had EWCm and its usually CD15 so thats when i think i OV. I have also gone right thru my diary's since TTC and thought i had established regular cycles, but when i actually look, they range from 24-32 days so im all prepared for my Gynae appt on 23rd August and have it all written down. And me on OH have said were just gonna loads this month rather than relaxing (as thats not working) ha ha. My ac say take 2 tablets daily, as i think each capsule is double strength xxxx

Think I am also going to give AC a go if this cycle doesnt work, tried it once but stopped after CD14 but as I have learnt my cycles are much longer which is probably why it didnt have much affect on me the first time x

chaz if i were you i would def be using OPK's. i wouldn't have got my bfp without them. they surge 24-48 hours before ur surge so your doctor isn't right. i found my doctor telling me not to use them too but in the time i've been here, lots of girls have got their bfp using them.

also, i know it might sound silly but the month i got my bfp i downloaded an ovulation app onto my iphone. it told me when to bd and it worked, i bd'd more than usual that cycle because of it and bam..bfp! i think that is because we can't guess it exactly right and neither can an opk, they can say its about to happen.

Thanks positivity. I may invest in some next cycle after Gynae appt, im quite good at spotting EWCM so will follow with that and pills this month.

Im looking for an app but i have a bloody Nokia E500 and there seems to be nothing, had a fab one when i had a Blackberry!

I go on holiday 5th Sept so will have a whole week of reaxation in Corfu....and if my maths are right i should OV when im away.......

Just need to know how long to take baby asprin for, and is AC defo safe to take all cycle as ive read the info Maybe posted but also read others saying after OV stop????

Hey hun don't know if you remember me from TTC.

My Jack is an Agnus Castus baby! I took it for 3 cycles and on the 3rd cycle we got our BFP!

Take a tablet when you wake up and a tablet before bed for the first 14 days of your cycle. I also took it to shorten my cycle length and it reduced the length by 7 days the first cycle that I took it! x

About opks, my gynaecologist told me to use them and to bd the day after an positive opk, because that was when I was most lightly to have my surge (and I had scans as well).

AC is fab stuff I used that plus a load of other stuff but it got me my bfp. My last cycle was in Feb and I charted my bbt which really helped because I could afford the tests my cycles are 102 days and I concieved in June! Try royal jelly too I Lots of my past pg friends recommended it. Something worked Good luck xxx
