Ok those of us left behind. All the luck to those in the BFP section! We are all feeling a bit down I think so Ive woken in a determined mood. Lets clear out the section for some new lttc folks. Heres my plan of action!

IUI most likely July. Before then I am

1. Taking 1final dose of letrazole with injections added for extra stimulation
2. Been to a nutritionist whose given me a synopsis of me and my body to ensure Im in peak condition
3. Putting on about 6 lbs and increasing my protein intake
3. Reading every infertility book Ive bought on ebay
4. Continuing with my fortnightly accupuncture and daily tablets
5. Going to a private apointment on 20th March to check the NHS havent missed anything
6. Following the diet in The Fertility Diet' book
7. Bd'in every 2 to 3 days incase I miracously ovulate!

Whats your plans for your ticket out?

We're waiting for IVF, no changes - we've been so good for so long

1. Keep up with the healthy eating and exercise
2. Wait!

oooh good post....

I have just found out I have lowish/borderline AMH and one ovary is undersized , couple this with poor leutal phase so...

1. I am on my first round of clomid to intensify my "weak ovulation".
2. Waiting for HSG, not going private for this, just using good old NHS
3. continuing with pregnacre preconception for me and hubby
4. continuing with concieve plus
5. trying to be positive :)

We are
quitting smoking, from Tuesday (gettin patches at the ready 2moro)
Starting back on wellwoman and wellman
both taking vitamin C, Maca and L cartnite
Quitting tea coffee and alcohol
Not sure how Im gonna cool down OH testicles in the hot tenerife sun, maybe an ice bucket?? haha
Just tryin to relax and enjoy life :)

X

1. Get semen results number 1
2. Do S.A. number 2 in beginning of March
3. Await follow up appointment
4. Keep up the exercising (this month has been bad - lots of birthdays etc!)
5. Plan a holiday with DH and get away from it all!

x

My plan of action is ............ not a darn thing!!!

I will take my clomid and do my opks around the right time ... but thats it!! :shakehead:

Despite my down mood the other day since deciding to give up trying (in a sense) I am feeling in a much better mood and me and DH had proper sex at the weekend, not just the baby making type but spontaneous, enjoyable nooky and it was good lol

I am.....

1) Cutting out alcohol and crap!
2) Doing more walking.
3) Keeping up with my folic axid, zinc and starting pregnacare.
4)Just having good ole nookie as Vicky says :)

xxxx

I am having 2 weeks 'off' TTC while I wait to start the increased letrozole dose!
However, I am:
Taking boots conception support multivits
Running every few days
Trying to eat healthily
Trying to keep a pma. Spending time with my friends who aren't ttc/ don't have babies!

We are now waiting for funding to be accepted and our first appointment for ICSI but will carry on trying in the mean time and pray a miracle happens.

OH started taking Wellman a couple of months ago so hoping they are helping and I'm taking Mucinex this cycle and hoping that does the trick for me.

Ok, I'm cd8 today so I'm gonna bed every 1-2 days for the next week and a half. NOT doing opks although that will be so hard. Trying the more relaxed approach, so vicky I'm with you on that one.

Other than that just continuing with my weekly acupuncture and acupressure, Chinese herbs every morning and night, pregnacare conception every day and epo. Trying to exercise a bit more. Not really drinking for the next wee while either.

Good luck and baby dust to us all xoxo
