Oh no you won't! I just had a go and it is pretty dire... I dunno if it was my hubby's overly viscous semen, but i'm pretty sure what i put in instantly came back out again in one delicious glob and blood was dripping out of me.

Honestly, i didn't even put the pipette more than just inside.

I think it's going to take specialist equipment! Thank god for Ebay

It isn't sore and isn't still bleeding, it's nothing really but it would have scared the life out of some. I can only assume that the uterus lining kind of fills your cervix too and i washed some out

Was just thinking, you had said a 0.003% chance...I thought that was REALLY low, and I've probably got it wrong, but I think if you work it out using a percentage/ratio calculation you have like a 0.06% chance (which means sex twice for a 1% chance? I think??)

I did this:

If 120,000,000 = a 20% chance

then

400,000 = (20x400,000 = 8,000,000) / 120,000,000...= 0.066% (rounding it up would give you a 0.7%)


0.7% sounds so much nicer than 0.003%!!! xxx

I also read somewhere that if during the deed you can get your man REAALLY turned on, then the sperm comes from deeper inside the testicles, and tend to be healthier and more active (It was the great sperm race I think i watched)

Forgive me for being thick but what is a turkey baster and what do you do?

A turkey baster is like a giant pipette used to suck the juices up around a turkey to squirt them over the turkey to keep it moist

In terms of my desparate experiment, it is pipette that i fill up with semen and squirt up my cervix - risking infection and possibly even worse fertility.

Although my experiment has been tweeked for today.

Today i am using a needleless syringe and a silicone catheter. The catheter is all nice and soft and rubbery so hopefully less risk and then i'm going to leave it up there while i watch TV for while so it can't glob out again like last night

Well yesterday was much better

The hard bit was threading the soft rubbery catheter inside enough so it didn't fall back out and some clear liquid came out but no big globs of semen snot so hopefully it has all the good spermies inside and isn't full of the duffers

I got my surge this morning so fingers crossed!
