If you haven't been on contraception.....

Hey,
Has anyone had any problems trying to conceive even if they haven't been on any contraception like the pill, injection etc???
I guess I just want to no that when we do try, it will happen quickly so we aren't disappointed each month if it doesn't happen x

I have been off the pill for two years and not conceived yet, we weren't trying but not preventing and now actively trying. My GP said it takes about a year for your cycle to get back to normal after stopping the pill but some people have conceived the month after. It's different for everyone.

Hey and welcome

I have had my implant out for 15 months now and we have been NTNP for that time. This is only my second cycle so far and I am optimistic

Everyone is different and there can be many reasons that stop you from falling pregnant even if you are not/have been on any contraceptive drugs.

The only way to tell is try!

Thanks for the help girlies hopefully when we do start trying, it will happen quickly. I know someone who had been trying for 5 yrs to get pregnant :O xx
