I was burgled last night

Thats really sad to hear, just the thought it could happen is enough to scare the pants off me, so you must be feeling awful, i hope your husband manages to settle your anxiety as the police were so crap!

Oh thats terrible, so sorry to hear that the police are useless! We were burgled 2 years ago, they took everything 3 weeks before xmas, it is a traumatic experience, so the last thing you need is the police doing what they can to worry you! The police here said they probably wouldn't find them, but they were still really helpful, arrived about 30 mins after we phoned them, took fingerprints, everything - this is what the police should be doing for you wherever you are!

I hope the comfort that you have dog to protect you helps you through - material things like DVD player can be replaced - at least you are all safe and well.

By the end of the day i will have a security alarm with a panic button link to private security - Richards company are paying for it.

The photo thing is freaking me out. Josef went to talk to his friend who is a detective and he said that they took the photos either so they will know its us when we leave the house or because they have decided to target us for a mugging outside. He says that sometimes it can be more serious than that too with it being about taking me either taking Thea from me or holding me to Ransom. They would expect that Richard has a lot of money.

I so did not need to know about that.

I have to keep my cell with me at all times in my pocket not my bag. Josef has programmed my speed dials to him, the police, the security company and the international operator (because they answer in English)

Right now i just want to go home to England.

Mel, you poor thing, what a horrible experience to have to go through this on your own. It certainly sounds like Richards company are doing all they can to help, please be reassured that it was just a random attack, do all you can to rest as much as possible and take care of you and Thea, nothing is more important.
