Decided I'm not due a ciggie but they are there to stop any outbursts

Think I get worse when I put a time on when I will have one as I'm sat there craving the time to fly by. I tried it a couple of weeks ago & failed first day this time round I was 7 or 8 hours without before I smoked one. In all I think I smoked 4 that day

No I think what you've said so far is sound. I've put my patch on & my ashtrays outside (not done that before)

I've proved I can do it I just slipped & you've defo gave me a boost to kick myself again an I have

Yer when he finds out what I've done & why he will encourage it. He hates me smoking in the morning/afternoon due to the fact he won't even smoke til 4PM onwards & even then a 20 pack will last him 2/3 days!
