I know you can get what looks like a positive but not have ovulated. For most people they have LH in their urine normally anyway so there should always be some sort of line...is the line as dark as or darker than the control line?
As I understand it OPK's indicate possible ovulation but not definitely ovulated, just likely to have ovulated. I think the only ways to tell for certain are with temping and maybe a scan of the ovaries? (not sure about the second one )
