I have horrible back pain..... update feeling much better

The pains is intense
it has not let up al afternoon
im in seroious pain it hurts like hell
its constant and the whole of my back is throbbing
its driving me mad
i managed to get though the day at work though ive no idea how ans its exruciating

its hurting so bad that im in tears
feel like i shouldnt moan as some of you girls have SPd
but this is the most pain ive been in the whole of the pregnancy
it feels as if my whole back will split in a thousand pieces.
nothings helping ive bounced on tmy gym ball. rocked back and forth, eat drank cold water

my bump hurts to but not as much as my back
and once in a while collier grabs my lady bit hard and makes me shout out in pain

its not funny anymore like yesterday i could laugh it off. and i managed to make i joke out of my pain at work to get me thought the day but now im home i just wanna cry
this is horrible

ive just ordered myself a Chinese to cheer myself up then ill have a shower im hoping this will help


I really wish James was hear to give me a hug and a back rub
im in arght misrable mood

sounds like something seriously up with your back, it cant be normal to have that much back pain surely??

Maybe give your midwife or GP a call if you're still feeling miserable in the morning, it's not fun.

I had horrible lower back pain for a week or two at one point but since everything was fine I was told it was bub being in an awkward position. One day baby shifted and the pain just went.

Thanks for the words of comfort

last night was hourendous but im ok now

i had a lovely meal from the Chinese
played Colliers fave music THE FEELING album
set near a warm radiator wich seemed to sooth him for a few moments.
then had a shower Collier loves showers just like me
nd when i got out of the shower i relised Collier had moved
he was kicking along to the music
and had moved side ways punching one side kicking the other.
i had a lovely nights sleep

i am so glad hes off my back it was very very painfull
now im preaying he dosnt do it agian tonight
ive had words with him he knows no moe playing his Mammy up.
hope he listens

off to work now
YEAH no more work for 4 days
then nbakc to work for 4
then all i'll have left at work it 4WEEKS YIPPPPEEEEEEEE
