i hate my body

Hunny please dont worry, it took you 9 months to get it give it at leastn 9 months to go away, i put 6 stone on while pg and i am feeling the same way hugs hun xx

Size 14 is not overweight honey...

You are lucky if you only have 4lb to lose as most people I know put on 2 stone when they are pregnant.

The normal/ healthy way to get your figure back is the 9 month rule (according to Davina McCall - read it in a magazine!) - 9 months on = 9 months off

nope size 14 is perfectly fine, atleast I hope so cos thats what I am at the mo lol

I do know what you mean though, even when I was thinner there were times when I felt fat and was actually border line anorexic for a while, but at the end of the day you need to be patient and as the others have said, 9 months on, 9 months off!

You may be craving junk because you have low energy, which is hardly surprising having such a new baby, but now is the time to decide not to get into bad habits that could spiral out of control and lead to monsters such as comfort eating, bullemia etc.

Dont be afraid to mention how you feel to your HV, she may be able to recomend ways to increase your energy levels in a healthy natural way

All the best hun xxx

well dont Princess - i think the average woman in Britain is a size 12-14 so dont feel insulted at all hun!!!!

i dont think ANYONE is happy with their body - you could be a size 6-8 and still not feel happy.

average dress size in the UK is size 16!

I'm a 13 between 12-14! lol! tho lately have been nearer the 14 mark.

I wouldnt worry too much about your weight just now as the ohters have said, make sure you're eating enough healthy sustainable food, lots of processed foods dont have long lasting sugar in them, but rather spike you with a sugar hit making you feel more hungry!

It regularly too, your body wont think its being starved and crave additional food/hang onto fat!

and remember....most men love curves!

Huge hugs hunny  like everyone said, don't beat yourself up about it as it took 9 months for your body to change and i'm sure it'll go back down soon xxxx

i don't remember being a size 14 :(

i was a 20 before being pregnant, but i lost loads of weight in the first couple of tris. im now a 18, but can almost get in a 16.

as they girls say, 9 months to change, 9 months to get back.

just try and get loads of walks. that will help you get your body back (well thats what i have been told by my hv anyway).

i wish i was a size 14 i was before my first baby but now after molly ive gained weight and im a size 20 which is disgusting im determined to get it off im never gonn be a size 8 but 14 would be great i wouldnt worry about it hun you will loose it just dont think too much.

There's nothing I can add that the others haven't already said. 2 months is nothing. My body isn't back to normal after 10 months. The problem is our shape tends to change, my ribs are wider than they were so tops don't fit like they used too!

I'm a size 12-14 (depends where I shop & what I buy. I bought 2 tops in Ted Baker one is a size 10 and the other a 14  go figure!!

The problem with junk food is its convenient & yummy (unfortunatly!) cut down bit by bit & once you start eating heathlier foods your body will change & you'll have more energy so will not want to eat crap. Its a case of stepping out of the vicious circle, hard but you can do it.

Mica you have a lovely figure and are nice and tall  I on the other hand am a size 14 at the mo' and for me being a short arse it is too much  Unbelievably all my size 12 trousers and jeans fit but I need a 14 in tops now and my waist is still 3" bigger than before  I hate it when people tell me I may never get my waist back, its so depressing so I know how you feel Ebs

I'm still in a 14 and was 10 pre-pregnancy. I'm only little though. :(

I wouldn't even be bothered if I wasn't getting married in May and destined to be a podgy bride!

It's easy to feel down but I'd never say I hated my body or found it in any way disgusting. Give yourselves a break ladies, think about what this wonderful tool has done in the last year! It's been making/feeding people! That's the best reason to love every inch of it

oh puddles hun and everyone else dont be sad
ur all gorgous and look wot we all have lovely gorgous kids
