I've been eating poorly, have put weight on and I hate it
I really need to give myself a good kick up the bum and stop moaning about it and do something about it
I'm luckier than most, I have a bike I can cycle on which I do LOVE doing but haven't done in months and months
And I have a treadmill I bought last year which I used religiously for months then gave up
I had myself at a lovely weight but it has crept up again
Monday morning is my focus, healthy eating and exercise
