I feel as if iv let him down

I dont know why i cant explain it hes happy and healthy and eats really well all in all he is a very happy baby my little man, but I cant help feel as if i should do more and i dont know how, I feel as if I have let him down and not done enough and im gutted, it may just be my AF hormones but feeling upset dont know how i can feel as if im doing enough

Aye lol I know Im a bit better after a sleep ta Kay and Budge feel a bit daft now but sometimes I do feel like that especially as hes teething.
