well today i have been having really bad cramps , and creamy white discharge

Also my belly is bloated and i look about 3 months pregnant , I have been really tired and my nipples have gone alot lot darker

what could this be?

I was like this 10 days ago, and i tested yesterday and got a BFN on a CBD and still no AF but have had some 'different' twinges......when do i try testing again? I dont even feel like my AF is due like i normally do x
