I have a bump, but nothing else.

Im 20 weeks on Monday and am yet to feel my baby kick. Im full of life, never feel sick, never hungry. Im starting to worry.

Got my 20 week scan on thursday, I cant wait, wanna see her moving and being alive lol.. we saw her 2 weeks ago but ever since the amnio everything seems to have gone away.

People keep saying ive "popped" and mum said that as im not worried about things anymore (downs stuff) pregnancy has become more enjoyable....

Come on baby girl, kick mummy lol xxx

Hi ya,

Your Mum is probably right and you are feeling better. Try not to worry, everything will be fine, lots of frist time Mum's don't feel movements until 20-22 weeks, in my book from midwife it says anytime between 18-24 weeks for first time Mum's.

That will be great to have your scan on Monday!!!

Mine is a week on Tuesday!!!! Time will go slowly til then!!!

Dont worry! I went through exactly the same phase!!

Still now at 26/27 weeks I just feel like i have a bump at times! its not till I feel kicking that I'm reminded of whos in there!! :D :D

JayK, I hear you. My ticker currently says that LO is wiggling a lot and waking mummy up at night but that's not the case for me  at all !! I do suffer from sleepless nights, but it's got nothing to do with his movements - I blame it on the different sleeping positions I had to adopt as well as back ache OUCH! Like you I have a bump and nothing else. A kick would reassure me right now but I'm trying not to worry too much for the time being - although I can't hide that I'm anxious for it to happen. I've never had any pregnancy symptoms - no morning sickness or anything, so I guess I just have a very well behaved baby

i know how you feel, ive just got this huge bump and apart from backache and frequent trips to the loo i dont really feel much is happening yet. Luckily i got myself an angelsounds doppler last week, and when im feeling a bit low, i just listen to bubs heartbeat and him/her moving around and i feel loads better. couldnt recommend one of those enough, fantastic things!

If it's helpful my sister-in-law didn't even know she was pregnant until 24weeks with her first and 22 with the second, everyone's totally different. Sometimes my bump kicks constantly the whole day and others I won't feel anything until I get home and stretch out on the couch.

A lot of people find they start to feel bump when relaxing in the bath  Even if you don't never waste an opportunity to chill out in a bubble bath! :D

I hear you too!

I know it's early days for me and I won't be feeling bubba moving around for a while yet anyway, but I really don't feel pregnant at all! I haven't had much sickness, I felt a bit nackered in the first tri but my energy has come back 100% now, not had any really strong cravings yet (apart from wanting the odd bit of chocolate!) and have no bump at all yet, just look slightly podgy round the middle!

Can't wait til I start to actually show and feel he/she moving! :D

I think everyone feels like this at some point
I'm the same really, although I have been feeling movements since 15 weeks it's not very often at all
