Well, I think I might be addicted to pregnancy tests?? After taking 4 First Response Early Tests, each one getting distinctivley darker, I thought I would be pretty much convinced I was pregnant. My boyfriend tried to get me to promise not to get anymore tests claiming "Can you not see the 2nd lines 'cos it's pretty onvious you are pregnant"....to which I reply "I know what I see but I still can't believe I'm gonna be a Mum. And besides you're pretty cool about it"....& he says "Oh it's sinking in, when I see it in black & white then I'll go crazy".....

So I was 'naughty' & bought a clearblue digital test. Have always been afraid to use them just in case it comes up "Not Pregnant", oh how my bubble would burst! But I just did it, & if my boyfriend got annoyed I was doing yet another test then so be it....But it was there after a few mins, in the black & white I needed to really believe it: "Pregnant 1-2".

It's so very early still & whilst part of me wants to be cautious & wait till 12 weeks, the other part doesn't want to miss out on any excitement I could enjoy!!

Lisa.

p.s We got pregnant after the 2nd time trying....I am incredibly lucky & grateful to have got it right!!

Congrtaulations to you both - well done

I totally understand about the tests, I was like that! - loads of ladies on here will be chuckling and it will read very familiar to them too...... something special about that Clearblue PREGNANT bit isn't there...

Wishing you a fab 9 months from here

Congratulations :D I was the same when I got my BFP, I didn't believe it at all and I too was expecting a 'Not Pregnant' from the clearblue xxx
